Healthy Teeth Dental are happy to provide access for adults to free oral health care in order to help all eligible Queenslanders have a beautiful smile.

Dental Health Vouchers can be used by adults and pensioners with a:

• Concession Card (issued by the Department of Veteran’s Affairs or Centrelink)

• QLD Health Care Card

• Commonwealth Seniors Health Card

• Queensland Seniors Card

For customers issued with these cards and currently receiving benefits, any dependants named on the card are also eligible for free dental care.

When booking your appointment, you must state at the time of making your appointment that you have a dental voucher and the expiry date on the voucher.

At your appointment, you must bring the original dental voucher, a valid concession card and photo ID. It is the policy by the public dental clinic that these two documents must be supplied at the time of your appointment, otherwise treatment cannot be performed.
